Break: Sicilian Style

Sciacca, Sicily after we take a break from eating our gelato on a sweet bun or, “Brioche al Gelato,” Peppe  smokes while the rest of us look out onto the sea.  In Sicily, lavender is a top-selling flavor of gelato.

    Lavender gelato sounds like it would be so refreshing and relaxing! We only have regular chocolate where I live.
