Artichoke Basket

Artichoke basket in Geneva, Switzerland.  Did you know artichokes are the edible flower buds of a thistle-like plant in the sunflower family?  Yummy.

    Artichokes are divine! Who says vegetarians can’t have varied and enjoyable diets? I love these things. :)
